Registration is now open for the ND23 "At-Home" Zoom Training Series.
This high energy, high repetition, interval based experience will provide your player over 1200 touches in one session.
The focus will be on individual ball mastery and agility/core exercises that players can do on their own with other players across the country.
We have been running sessions over the past three weeks that have drawn an audience of over 50+ players per session. All ages are eligible.
We will continue to have special co-hosts throughout the series including other MLS, USL Championship, and NWSL (National Women's Soccer League) professional players.
How it will work: We will set a schedule for the week that will be sent out via Social Media on Saturday afternoons and announce the special Co-Host.
You will register for the daily class that you want your child to attend and send your payment to receive the Zoom Password for that class.
The class will be 40 minutes with an ND23 Training Instructor and special Co-Host.
Each Player will receive an Exercise Sheet to track their individual progress of the skills being taught.
We will cap the classes to the first 75 participants so that they Instructor and Moderator can focus on each of the players that are in the class.
To REGISTER email ND23Training@gmail.com or complete the link below to obtain registration / payment details for the class you are interested in.
Please indicate which class you would like to attend with the name of your child and the Zoom information and password will be shared with you. Space is filling up, so sign up now to confirm your spot.
